Quality Inn Dublin I-81

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks so I believe I got significant amount of ‘experience’ to correctly rate this hotel. Great Points : 1) The staff and owner are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Unlike many other places, they actually want to ensure your needs are taken care for. 2) Service is exceptional, the staff did regular housekeeping and worked with me as per my requirements and needs. 3) The owner and staff was very flexible when it came to working with us for a weekly discount as we had to extend our stay couple of times. 4) Overall clean hotel with clean and fresh smelling hallways. 5) Major advantage was coin operated laundry machine and option to get coins and laundry detergent from the front desk. This is excellent for somebody who has to stay for multiple days. Scope for improvement: 1) Breakfast options can be increased. 2) Pillows and some of the equipments like phone etc can be replaced with new ones. Overall very good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel so many times (practically lived here for 3 months for work) for work or passing through on a delivery that I've lost count. Rooms are updated and clean. Area is quiet, there is food options within walking distance if you're a truck driver, if you're in a 4 wheeler you've got numerous options within 2 miles. There's a decent walmart down the road if you need supplies while traveling. Breakfast is kind of lacking, but again...there's options around town (including an awesome waffle house). The hotel has gone through some serious renovations over the years I've been coming here. I will say, I've been using this hotel for 3, possibly 4 years now and have never experienced bugs of any sort, rude staff, or any other displeasures. This place is a gem, the owner is a sweet lady, and the staff are lovely as well.

Stayed here one night!! Rooms are updated and pretty clean. Common areas not so good nor outside. Extremely dirty and laundry room was almost to dirty to even consider washing my clothes here. Unfortunately I had to. Breakfast was decent and nice to have breakfast included. Front desk was very friendly at least check in. Check out he seemed bothered to even ask a question of!! Seemed irritated with even doing his job!! I would stay again. Quality to cost is good!!

Mr. Ernie, an employee at the Quality hotel in Dublin, is highly regarded for his exceptional customer service. He has earned the respect of all the drivers at the hotel. Recently, there was an incident where I mistakenly tried to enter a room that was already occupied by another customer. Mr. Ernie promptly apologized to both the customer and myself for the inconvenience. He explained that it was a computer issue that failed to show the room as occupied. I personally witnessed Mr. Ernie's professionalism and commitment to resolving the situation. His dedication to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable.

Super nice lobby, very quiet. The hotel attendant was very helpful and diligent on keeping the grounds supervised and safe. Would recommend 100% again. Will be using this hotel often on my travels to the South from NY.

I stayed with my friend at the room 105. It was a really nice experience. Silent room and the area in general. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Shower has nice and strong hot water. I saw three lady employees when I staying. Thanks them to all to having us.

Relaxing room as always. The eggs at breakfast were perfect!!

Had all the things you expect from an inn. Great staff, very friendly. I lost my phone and the front desk walked around with me at midnight calling my phone to help me find it.
